RemindMe ("we," "our," or "the Service") is an SMS-based reminder service. By registering your phone number and using our Service, you can schedule text message reminders to be sent to yourself at specified times.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to RemindMe, you agree to receive automated SMS messages including:

  • Confirmation messages when you schedule a reminder
  • Reminder messages at the times you specify
  • Service-related notifications

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive depends entirely on the reminders you schedule. You control the frequency.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

  • Text STOP to our number to unsubscribe from all messages
  • Text START to re-subscribe at any time
  • Text HELP for assistance

After texting STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send reminders containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

We strive to deliver reminders on time, but we do not guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, network issues, etc.). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

RemindMe shall not be liable for any missed reminders, delayed messages, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
